1. Fence panels

2. galvanized Metal Fence Panels
(1) Surface treatment : aluminum is using the hot dip gal ,after welding the full panels to be polished with the aluminum sand ,finally to do the powder coating .
( 2)aluminum fence is using the aluminum tube to welded the panel ,then polish by the aluminum sand ,then to do the chromate coating, finally do the powder
3.The detailed processing technology
1. First cut the Aluminium tube into the required length
2.Use the mould to fix the cut tube then weld the rail and pickets. there are two welding methods :
A. full welding
B.point welding
The workers first use the small polish machine to polish the welding points one by one
3. After finished all the welding ,using the big polish machine (steel sand ) to wash the oil .
4. Then make the whole fence to do the chromium plated .
5. Fianlly to do the powder coating .

Packing of galvanized metal fence panels
1. fence panel:on pallet (there is carton board on the bottom of the fence, to reduce the crash between the pallet and the panel; there is carton board between two panels, to reduce the damage)
2. Bulk: packed in plastic bag, and then wrapped by air bubble film
3. clamps: in cartons
